I have the same issue, but with the left ear bud. It seemed to happen after the Windows 11 22H2 update on my Galaxy book, as they work fine with my Samsung smart monitor. The Buds app also has some difficulty in loading after this update. Perhaps this is more a query for the laptop forum. I have tried disconnected the Bluetooth, reset them in the Buds app, disconnect and reconnect, hard rest them, nothing works.
