Right earphone has stopped working

Randomly this week, my right Bluetooth earphone has stopped working. I can use the controls but no sound is coming out. I've got another pair and connected those, but it's doing the same thing. Using my powers of deduction, I think it must be something to do with the phone. Any ideas on how to sort it out? I've checked settings and it isn't on mono and the balance is fine.

I'm not sure what to say and looking at how you've had no replies so far I think others are in the same boat as me.

your best bets would be to contact Samsung or taking your device(s) to a Samsung technician.

I have the same issue, but with the left ear bud. It seemed to happen after the Windows 11 22H2 update on my Galaxy book, as they work fine with my Samsung smart monitor. The Buds app also has some difficulty in loading after this update. Perhaps this is more a query for the laptop forum. I have tried disconnected the Bluetooth, reset them in the Buds app, disconnect and reconnect, hard rest them, nothing works.
