right earbud of akg headphones not working

Hi,

My right earbud on my headphones stopped working entirely. The left one works fine but the left one can't produce any sound. The buttons still work.

I sorta have the same problem. my galaxy buds right earbud is a good 70% quieter than the left. tried resetting them...Nothing. if you find a fix that works please tell me about it
