A recorded meeting is not playing at all.

I recorded a meeting on the 01092022 for over an hour, listened to it that same day and tried to do the same and can't do that at all. The file size is still the same and something else is on it which is less than 30 seconds. I want to believe someone must have access that recording.

Ah, that's very strange, @vc1234. On which of our devices did you record the meeting and store the file?

Voice recorder. The file size is still there.

Thanks for confirming that. Which app are you using to access the recording, @vc1234, and have you to tried to load the file using any other apps?

Music player, and I have used VLC to load the file and still the same thing

Furthermore, do you remember whether you saved the recording or backed it up (e.g. to a Cloud-based service) originally?

Mp4 and was saved on the voice recorder
