My R7 speaker has previously been working fine but now has dropped its WiFi connection and won't reconnect. The Smart set up system sees it trys to connect but it keeps saying unable to connect?? Any ideas

Hi @Mogsy ,

It sounds as though the speaker may need a software update. Have a look at pages 43/44 of the user manual for details of how to do this.

Had a read of page 43/44 but can't work out how to do a software update as the speaker isn't showing in the Multiroom App ?
