Q950A to Samsung Q85R and Virgin

New Q950A and a Samsung Q85R TV and Virgin Media in England.

Currently I have HMDI cable from soundbar ARC to Samsung connection box and HDMI cable from Virgin Hub.

Issue (1) is that sound is not matching the mouth movement. Have used the fine tuning but makes little difference.

What is I connect Virgin hub direct to soundbar. Could that eliminate the problem.

Issue (2). How do I get more volume from the soundbar other then increasing the volume? Some TV and movies I have sound at 40/45. Hmm

I had same and connected directly to my sky box. Sorted

Is your hdmi cable 2.1? If not you'll need a new one.
