Hi, soundbar just 6 months old. Has just stopped responding to anything this morning. Spoken to Samsung technical support all morning. No joy. They are now sending me a new remote but, I don't think this will make any difference. Anyone else having the same problem?

Same issue here, Q930D stop responding to anything. Hard reset with + - buttons dont work. I try upgrade firmware with USB, but soundbar can't read USB, because its freezing. This is not looking good, i thing only way to repair is bring it to the service center 😞 The issue Is looking in bad online  firmware update, or something with firmware.

Same issue - seems to be after the 1020 firmware update

Same here! Model Q930D, software 1020.7.

It is just stuck completely, no matter what I click on remote or device itself the screen is always just showing TV ARC. The hard reset is alo not working. 

Contacted support but they were not really helpful, basically they just asked to do some obvious things (change HDMI, unplugging, etc...) and then just stopped responding. Annoying

Same issue just occurred with my Q930D.  Not responding. Turns on/off, but just shows ‘WiFi disconnected’. Won’t respond to restart (vol-up & vol-down). 

Update: After speaking with Samsung Customer Support this afternoon they are scheduling an engineer visit to fix the issue.

An update…

Samsung diagnosed the issue as corruption resulting from the software upgrade.  It required a new main board to fix the issue but none were available so the whole system was replaced with a new one. 
It was all very easy, so great customer service from Samsung.
