Q930b rear speaker no standby light not working

picked up & set up today and one rear (right) speaker not working, tried both power leads and work fine on the left speaker so not a power lead issue.

Tried the IDSET button on the back of the speaker but with no lights showing at all no surprise that doesn't help.

Guessing I've just been unlucky and got a broken speaker 😞 unless there's something I've missed.

I'm the same only the right speaker doesn't work 😪

I installed Q930 rear speakers blue light keep blinking no standby solid lights, both speakers the same. Tried unplugging plugging, also tried resetting soundbar still the same problem.
