Q80t TV and Q900T soundbar

Yesterday I set up my new tv and soundbar it was working perfectly until this morning for some reason HDMI 1 on the soundbar as stopped working 

My connections are hdmi 3 arc from tv to hdmi arc on soundbar, virgin media box hdmi to hdmi 1 on soundbar doesn't work but works in hdmi 2 

Please help

You could try resetting the soundbar.

I tried didn't work, I tried reseting the tv, that worked but the problem came straight back

Do you have an optical cable at hand ? Try connecting the soundbar to the TV through such a cable. See if that fixes your problem.

I haven't im afraid, but that won't solve my problem because hdmi 1 still won't be working and I will need it to when I get my PS5

Then , you might consider returning the TV ?

I guess that might be the answer, I was just trying to see if there was anything I could be doing wrong first
