Hi all
i receive Q80R sound bar few days ago..everything seem to work.. but sound from sub seems very low.. i have increased sub level to +6..but it still seems weak. on some DD5.1 content i can hear the low frequency to some what ..but on atmos contents its kind of non-existent.
I tried updating the firmware using smart things app..and it updated to 1010.5 with no issues (actually it found two updates).... i thought may be sub did not got updated.. so i tried manual install using usb method(SAT-HKA19WWC\image in root)...but inserting usb in service port and turning the soundbar on does nothing whereas its suppose to start automatically. what am i doing wrong?is the sub defective?
