I purchased a Q800B soundbar last week and am having problems with it constantly freezing up, the only way to get it to work is to power off at the wall. When I switch on the TV the soundbar powers on but is not picked up by the tv and doesn’t pair with the sub woofer. It is running the latest firmware. Sound is great when it’s working. Anyone else having the same issue?

Final post for now - another month passes, no further issues since I set up the bar again without Alexa.
I can see other folks have other experiences, but this seems to be liveable-with for me, even if it shoots itself tonight - six weeks on a reset is tedious, but not awful. Still, vastly disappointed that Samsung cares so little about what is actually very expensive and supposedly transparent consumer hardware - that and the awful TV interface really makes me pause for future purchases.

Hi, the subwoofer on q800B fails to connect to the soundbar.
I did a hardreset, and reinitialisation by pushing Id button on the sub and the up key on the remote controller.
