q70r ambient light detection vs adaptive brightness

I have a samsung q70r and notice there are 2 different settings, in different menus called ambient light detection in the eco menu and in the intelligent mode menu there's adaptive brightness. Can someone explain what both these actually do an how they differ because the description seems to indicate they do the same thing

I have the same question. I see that the Eco setting for brightness is disabled when adaptive brightness is enabled in intelligent mode. Can't find a proper explanation anywhere.
