I have 9000 series tv with Alexa support.
it has the NOW tv app installed.
The NOW tv app works fine.
if I speak open Netflix the tv says opening Netflix from Samsung and the. opens Netflix. Same for bbc iPlayer, prime etc.
but if I say open now it says app not found.
if I say open N O W it says opening now tv from Samsung and then says app not found.
I’ve tried various combinations of voice command with no success
any ideas if their is a valid spoken command that works?
