About three weeks ago my Samsung HT-J4500 strated cycling on and off can't play movies or go on to Netflix or anything for that matter what can I do or what is being done about it ?
There are very many posts about this issue, over many sites. It is an issue Samsung are aware of but have no solution yet. If your device is in warranty you can exchange it otherwise I guess you will have to see what Samsung does to resolve the issue.
