Multiroom App is useless. Surroundsound group keeps un-grouping and reverting back to the TV speakers.
My equipment:
Virgin Superhub 3 Router
Samsung Hub
HW-J7500 sound bar with subwoofer
x2 R7 Speakers
My Multiroom App is Apple iPhone and iPad based.
Very frustrating. Please sort this out Samsung. Not happy about spending so much money on something that doesn't work.
Not sure how Samsung appear to. E unwilling to resolve the issue, or take responsibility for this. There is clearly a problem. Having to provide for a family, there are many other things I could've spent my money on.
Hope you you can find a fix soon, before we all head to the trading standards.

Looks like a new app was released today.
So far, so good.... doubt this was due to yesterday's rant.
but to be fair.... when the speakers stay connected, they're pretty ***** good.
keeping my fingers crossed.

Same issue here .... speaker group keep ungroouping and re-grouping on their own.
I've got the hub plus 7 speakers that I've grouped into two groups. One group seems fine. The other group keeps ungrouping and regrouping on its own.
Any updates on how prior posters have resolved this wouldbe most appreciated.
Very frustrated unhappy camper!
