Hi All,
Wondering if anyone has had the same
issues i’m currently experiencing with either this sound bar or TV... we have set the two devices up to be connected using WIFI (we had intended to use Blue Tooth- but the TV isn’t BT compatible?!) Anyway, I connected the soundbar to WIFI using the multi-room app, and the TV is connected to the WIFI directly. The speaker appears to be connected to the TV as it shows up as a choice under sound options, and when I use the TV remote to adjust volume it is picked up on the soundbar sensor, however when I choose it as the sound output I’m not getting sound out from the TV...
There aren’t any apparent issues with the soundbar, as when I play music from the MultiRoom app on my phone I am getting sound.
Whats strange is that last week it was all working fine using this exact same method. One or both of the devices became disconnected from the WIFI at some point and I’ve not been able to figure the issue out since. I have done WIFI reset on both items.
Can anyone help?
