Issues with soundbar q90

Hi guys hoping someone can help..

I have a q90 soundbar its been amazing for 2 years awesome sound etc... 

On Thursday I had my Internet changed (this is the only thing that changed)

Since then any input into the soundbar that is dolby or + sounds distorted...voices crackly and quiet..background loud and bass high and volume very low.

If I change the source output from dolby it sounds normal again??

Its doing this with every source ..sky q ..fire stick.. is this an issue that can be sorted please?

How have you got it connected up

Sky q and fire stick connected to TV...TV to soundbar via hdmi TV arc was fine till I changed Internet...

Sound like your right about it being your wifi. Seems 2 be a couple of possible fixes move your router as far away as possible from the bass or changing from 2.4 htz to 5htz. Give it try might help might not

Thanks G G had a mess around with wires as well as played round with router and its rectified.... might have been bt engineer that knocked something but all is  good now thanks for your help
