This is a community forum, I can see that most of the questions are unanswered. Reading some of the questions, most of them fall into the category of basic support.
It would be good to know if Samsung Support is reading and taking part in this community? I can only assume they are not. After calling Samsung Support twice, with very poor support or answer - I can only conclude that Samsung Support is none existing......
