I can't seem to download one album from my amazon library to my phone! Help

I've tried everything that I can think of to take an album I have previously bought and downloaded in amazon music ti my Samsung files...

You can't, Amazon doesn't allow it. Download using a computer and transfer it

I had same problem trying to make a back up of the photos I have on amazon. If you use desktop app you can download one file, album or all
