We have numerous Alexa's around out property, all of these steam music from Alexa via Amazons Music service without issues, however, if I ask Alexa on the HW-S60T soundbar to stream music it keeps cutting out for a split second every few minutes which makes the streaming music useless. As mentioned all other Alexa's are fine, so why is it not able to do it without issues through the soundbar?

Same solution. I got a refund and bought something different after months of messing around with engineer visit and firmware updates

Thanks for the replies but not what I was hoping for.
I can’t believe every unit has this issue else the numerous online reviews would mention it and more complaints would be evident on the internet.
I haven’t tried Samsung support yet but surely this problem must be a combination of settings certain users have or a small number of faulty hardware units?
I’d rather persevere to try and find a solution than go down a cycle of returning it or shopping for another brand especially as the Samsung cash back offer was good.

I have just bought a hw q950a Samsungs latest flag ship sound bar and have exactly the same problem with sound cutting out and over sensitive to the wake up word other echo devises are OK so it's not a wifi fault looks like this is a ongoing problem with samsung bars

Exactly same issue here with my Q950A. Has there ever been an official reply from Samsung on these issues that are affecting a material population of users and ruining the overall product experience? Samsung are you there???

No response from Samsung for more than two years. This is so frustrating! I have the same issue with Amazon Music on any mobile device and with my Apple TV connected to my Soundbar Q800T. So annoying!
