I haven’t had any issues with this device since July but now when your watching the tv or a movie the audio prompt ‘Wifi has disconnected’ is shouted over the sound bar. I’m wondering if there’s a way to fix the issue even if it’s reset to factory settings.
(I have tried moving my wifi router closer and
have made sure there aren’t any IP address issues and the app states I’m using the most upto date firmware)

Hi @JimXeo Have you tried Rebooting your router? Another idea is to reset the soundbar by pressing the - and + buttons on the Soundbar for around 5 seconds. Afterwards try reconnecting. Manual here for Reference. https://downloadcenter.samsung.com/HW-S60A
