So we purchased a Samsung HW-R650 soundbar with woofer and hooked it up to our Samsung UN50MU6300F TV. The TV ARC connection was working Dec 2019 - Feb 2020 and one day it just stopped working. Nothing wrong with the HDMI cable, tried resetting the soundbar, TV, sound settings, and played with just about every option. Bluetooth is the only option that works now. Any ideas on what happened?
