Hw-q950t and Nvidia Shield

Hi all,

I have a problem I hope you can help me with.

I have just received a HW-Q950T soundbar. My TV is the 75Q95T. All connections are OK. I use EARC.

All sources (Switch, BR player and Ziggo) work fine!

As soon as I connect my Nvidia shield it works for a few min. As soon as I power down the TV it forgets the EARC HDMI mode. Only sollution is to unplug everything and start over. 

What am I doing wrong? Settings on the Shield?

• Same here with qn95a and 950a soundbar:

From the first moment then shield was connected to the soundbar, after a long Power down, they both startup only in arc Mode.

Longer than 15 sek Power down: arc Mode

If I unplug the TV an start: earc

After an start with active arc connection, Holding Power on remote until restart : earc connection

Only solution I had Was hdmi Port reset remotely by a technician.
