Hi there, just buy new HW-Q950A soundbar and connect to Samsung Q85r. Connected via HDMI ARC ... everything is OK, but rear speaker have blue sign blinking and can't connect. I am follow instrucition on technical manual and turn off soundbar --> press volume down and wait ... But there I am get only SHOP6 sign (found that is some shop settings and turn it off). Also did restart on the back of the rear speakers, but no success, blue dot still blinking.
Still I can't connect rear speakers ... is there any other way how I can do it ... reset ... anything ...
PS:
Rear speakers are close and no any barrier between them and central unit and proprely connected to power.
