Hi,
I have a QE65QN95A with a HW-Q800A, the soundbar is connected via HDMI, but regularly switches to WiFi for no reason, and I have to go back in to the audio setting to switch from TV speakers to Soundbar every day.
- why won't the soundbar stay in HDMI ARC?
- why does it switch to WiFi?
- why do I have to regularly go and switch the TV sound from TV audio to soundbar?
Very disappointing considering the premium product.
