HW-Q70T right channel issue.

I just got my soundbar last week and immediately I noticed right sterore channel sounded strange. When I use sound mode like Surround, Adaptive  and 
Game mode will cause right sterore missing low pitch sound like human voice. And I called a technician to inspect this issue and he noticed this but he says this is normal. Is this really meant to be sound like this?

I'm experiencing exactly the same issue! I'm thinking of returing it since I don't know whether this is normal and supposed to work like this (have the center channel's low frequencies displayed by the left speaker) or that it is a defect. It would be great if Samsung could chime in there and expand a bit on this issue.

I guess it is normal (but strange indeed). It also happens on my Q800T.
