hw-q70R soundbar mode

hi all, 

i bought q70r soundbar before 5 month and still can not fight what the best mood if i want to watch movie and serious  and to get best surrounding felling  should i keep it in surround mode or switch it to adaptive mode ?!

I use adaptive mode for all content except for movies. for movies i use surround mode
