HW Q66T soundbar, subwoofer crackles

Hi all,

I bought Samsung HW Q66T soundbar. Happy with that otherwise, but the subwoofer emits this a little bit annoying crakling kind of background sound. Why is that? Have others perceived this? Is this a bug or a feature...?

I have the same expenrince. I have tried to turn off wifi 5 ghz router and reset ID, as I read in another forum. It did not work. I have also tried to switch HDMI cable, still noice in the subwoofer. Of course I have also tied to turn everthing off, and wait 10 minutes, then turn on soundbar and after a few minutes, then turn on subwoofer. It did not work. 

Hope that someone can do some support in this matters.

I found a solution. Update the firmware by USB from this link: https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/model/HW-Q60T/XU/#downloads
