Whistling/cracking noise from soundbar, not from woofer. Only happens when warmed up after around 25 minutes. Firmware updates done. Now display says no data when attempting repeat update, same for Samsung visiting employee with USB with same most recent update. Soundbar taken away for diagnostic and repair. No idea where it is, or when I can expect return. Anyone with similar issues I'd welcome any advice and guidance. Many thanks.

Unfortunately I have no idea what number to call. The soundbar was just taken and I was told it was going to the workshop. If you have a number to call please forward so I can chase it up please.
