HW-MS751 flashing ‘on’ and nothing working

Just got my new sound bar and connected via BT and worked great.

Next day not working. Went to pair on TV not able to. Turned off and restarted again and 'on' is flashing. No buttons working on the remote or the sound bar itself so can't reset or anything. Turning off at wall makes no difference either just flashing 'on'

That seems strange! Are you still having the same issue? If so, could you press and hold the 'Play/Pause' button on the Soundbar itself for 5 seconds to see if anything changes?

problem still persists if hold the pause play button on remote 

no buttons on remote or the soundbar work

still unable to resolve. No buttons work on remote or soundbar and when I turn in just flashes 'on' continually.

completely unresponsive to anything I do. Very frustrated as nothing I troubleshoot and nothing I can do
