Hw-ms650 to swa-8500s

Hi I have the HW-MS650 soundbar and recently purchased the SWA-8500s rear speakers but unfortunately after purchase realized they weren't compatible. I've read in a few articles of people getting the sound bar to connect to the speakers but I haven't had any success. Anyone out there have suggestions. Thanks

This is an old post so I have no idea if you will get this but I just made the same mistake. I have the HW-MS650 and I am trying to pair it with the SWA-8500s but it says unsupported. Did you ever find a solution and was it any good?
