HW-K650 and Two R1 Wirelss Speakers in 5.1 With KS7000 TV

When using the K650 sound bar and two R1 Wireless speakers in surround sound mode over wifi with the latest firmware, The quailty of the sound K650 drops, sounds very muddy. As soon as you use the sound bar on it own, the sound bar improves. this is happening for a quite a few users.

currently connected with hdmi arc 

found to be the best I can get out of the pile of junk lol

I've checked TV, it's on auto update, when I try to update manually it says I'm on the latest version. 

I've run a software update through the multiroom app and it says I'm on the latest update for everything.... 

Although quite clearly it would appear I'm not on the latest versions of the software for the TV, the sounbar or the surround speakers! 

Very confused! Although it would appear the latest version has not fixed the problem for the guys that have it anyway! Not sure why my system will not update to the latest versions?
