HW-800t poor dialogue

Hello guys 

I need some help . I recent got myself a 800t soundbar . However the audio dialogue is impossible to hear when on Dolby Atmos or any multi channel sound . Voices sound like they are underwater. Everything else sounds ok it's just the dialogue you cannot hear. I have a Q95T Samsung connected to hdmi eARC . Any help would be greatly appreciated.

One thing I forgot to add. When using a blu ray player , DTS works fine . It's just Dolby that has issues Atmos and 5.1
