After sending my player and getting it back its damaged on both the back edges broken off plastic and scratches all over the face plate. You would think cause they are a reapir team they would fix what damage they did but no thats samsung for you. Total BS I have contacted Customer service and haven't got a response back anyone else have this issue let me know. Samsung needs to own up
