Although I've had it a good few years, never having a problem with it, my home cinema system is throwing a fit. It seemed to start when the blu ray/ dvd drawer wouldn't fully extend. I gently pulled it and inserted the disc and it seemed to work okay. The next day, when I switched it on, it now cycles through "LOAD", "No DISC" repeatedly, even when trying to use "D in", "AUX" or any other setting. I've disconected the drive from the rest of the unit, no difference. I've reset the unit whilst it was in stand by mode, nothing. It's not dirty inside, all very clean looking. Anyone know what's going on... Please help.
I've looked over the net all to no avail.Solved! Go to Solution.

Goodmorning people,
Update for the Netherlands.
I got my free repair, I had to call samsung and explain the problem. They were aware of it. They will send you to Servilux that will take care of the repair.
Today I will send my BR player, I will let you know how long it will take.
Almost done 😅

Update from Romania: Following email to Samsung top management, their call back the following day and promise to have the HC (J4500) fixed free of charge, I personally took it to service on Thursday. They obviously only need the main unit (the player), not the whole system like I've been instructed by phone, although I asked them 3 times why was it necessary to take the speakers and subwoofer to service. The service guys told me it might take a week or so to be fixed and that they would let me know by text when done so I can pick it up. Will also keep you posted on the outcome.
