HT-J4500 home cinema, cycling on and off repeatedly.

Although I've had it a good few years, never having a problem with it, my home cinema system is throwing a fit. It seemed to start when the blu ray/ dvd drawer wouldn't fully extend. I gently pulled it and inserted the disc and it seemed to work okay. The next day, when I switched it on, it now cycles through "LOAD", "No DISC" repeatedly, even when trying to use "D in", "AUX" or any other setting. I've disconected the drive from the rest of the unit, no difference. I've reset the unit whilst it was in stand by mode, nothing. It's not dirty inside, all very clean looking. Anyone know what's going on... Please help.

I've looked over the net all to no avail.

So I complained on twitter Samsung Canada about this problem and of course referred to call the support line which I did again. This time finally at least the guy was very understanding and admitted they have had lots of complaints about various BluRay models having this issue. He took my name address and the serial number on the player and said he would forward my case to the higher ups like he's doing for all the other calls. But as of yet there is no fix yet for the problem.

At least your reps in Canada are acknowledging the issue, here in the UK, they seem to be pleading ignorance, even on @samsunguk at Twitter.

Keep on being adament refer to the fact it's happening worldwide on all their BluRay models.  Mention these forums too it's what I did. The guy said they have been flooded with calls all day and yesterday amongst various BluRay models.
