I've read the instructions and pages of discussion but I still am confused about the correct data content of the USB update file for the Q90R Soundbar.
I have used a PC and a Mac to download the update file. It saves as a .zip file. I then extracted trying Winzip and Keka - they both then created a folder called 'image'. Inside the folder is a .txt file and a .msd file.
Am I supposed to extract the .msd file further or has the computer succesfully unzipped the files? It does not create a folder called 'SAT-HKA...' as per instructions. I have tried extracting the .msd file but it doesn't work using Keka or WinZip.
Would appreciate help.
