I have 2 hw 60t soundbars that will not play amazon music.
i have added them on SmartThings and also on the alexa app. both are visible but they will not play.
they do take the voice command and then put the music on my group but no sound from the speaker at all.
it works fine from the tv.
it is connected to the same wifi system as the alexa.
the company i bought it from are refusing to take it back, because of there policy.
so frustrated.
any help appreciated.
