Headphones not working

Hello, please help. My original usb-c headphones are not working, either there are no signs that I plugged them in, or a message like usb-connected-disconnected appears. Another thing that happens is it cannot charge in super-charging mode. I don't know what to do. I called the Romanian Samsung Support and they told me to reset it to factory settings. I don't want to do that. Please help me. Thank you.

Try clicking on the Get Help button at the bottom of the main samsung members page then click on interactive head phone and run test and see if it helps

Try cleaning the charging port of the phone using a can of compressed air. Make sure to remove any dirt or debris stuck in this port. ... If you are using the original charging cord and wall charger but the issue occurs then you should try using a different original charging cord and wall charge
