Looks like only one ear bud is charging and right bud still shows yellow after full charge. Can anyone help?

Hey @KKSM, are the magnetic contacts of the right bud as well as the ones in the case fully clean? Also, make sure that the buds are fully up to date by heading to: Samsung Wearable app > About earbuds > Update earbuds software > Download and install. Next, turn your Bluetooth off and on, on your connected phone > Wait about 20 seconds and then turn it back on. Finally, proceed with a reset of the buds via: Samsung Wearable app > About earbuds > Reset.

Hi, thanks for your mesaage I tried download and install the message it gives me is connect to both ear buds to update and not doing any and when i go to reset ear buds its not highlighted
