Unfortunately, after a few months of owning the Buds Pro, I decided to use them, but the fit is very very bad. I changed the tips, but the problem is still there. I love the sound quality, everything feels premium, but my ears are hurting me very bad and it's very frustrating. I cannot use the Buds Pro more than 1 hour. Everytime I try to adjust them, but are not stable inside my ears. And the second problem is regarding the inside fit. Very often the Buds are falling out from my ears and I need to adjust them again.
Could someone from you guys, help me with this problem? The Samsung team?
I got the Buds Pro from S21 Ultra promotion from preorder.
