Registerd for x10 free uhd films on the samsung website when bought my tv, and still not heard back and wondering if anyone has done this and what to do?

8 weeks, still no reply to any emails I've sent.. is this a Big Samsung Con?

Had same "Instructions"from Samsung myself. Just get "no vouchers applied". Surely should be something we could all do to make them honour their offer. Vouchers have to be used by May supposedly

It's a bloody nightmare to sort out. Excuse after excuse i had, but two months later I had them.
They stopped emailing me back, and when I did eventually get one, it would be the same automated reply what to do do get them. Make sure you have registered your card detail if setting up a new account like I did, because this was their major excuse.

I pestered Samsung UK on twitter, so do this. I emailed them saying I was getting trading standards in we also and went back to my retailer I bought the tv from to express my concerns.
