I am trying to claim cashback on a recently purchased soundbar but your claim website will not let me continue any further than adding my bank details.

Have you tried another browser, or submitting the claim using a different device?

Thanks for your help. I have tried a different browser. Microsoft edge seemed to work Google Chrome doesn't. (◠‿◕)
