Can't install Action Director

Hi

When I try to install the software I get an error that "the process cannot continue because the Visual C++ Restribution packages for Studio 2013(x64) was unsuccessful."

I already have visual studio 2017 installed

How do i get past this problem? I don't want to uninstall Visual Studio as it is needed for development

Surface Pro 6, Windows 10

Samsung S6 Edge

I tried repairing then reinstalling the distribution package but continue to get the same error
