Hi there,
I have a problem with my soundbar. I have a new mesh WiFi network but I cannot change the WiFi network in Smartthings.
If I tap on the menu and go to settings the 'Change WiFi network' function (I don't know if it's called that exactly in english. because I have the dutch version) is greyed out. Am I doing something wrong?

i too have a similar problem on my new Q800T
I wish to chage the wireless for one with better stengh but this option is greyed out!

Reset it to factory setting
With a Remote: With the soundbar on, hold the gear button for more than 10 seconds
Without a Remote: With the soundbar on, hold the Volume + and Volume - for more than 6 seconds
