Got these in February, and they are the worst headphones I've ever had. The balance switches from one to the other at random, the noise cancelling distorts the sound in a way that makes it unlistenable, and the taps controls only work when you don't want them too, ie:when adjusting them in the ear because they're about to fall out. Forget trying to turn off what your listening when you've just come in and someone is trying to talk to you. At that point only getting out your phone and hitting pause will work.
They are going back as soon as I can find out how to return them to O2. Never been so disappointed in a product in my life.
