Baffled! All Apps, including Netflix, Prime and iPlayer, on my BD-F6500 Blu-Ray Player show the message "Not Available" when selected. I have checked the connection to the internet and reset the player. I've searched the web for solutions, No luck. Any ideas? Kind Thoughts, Joshua
@Joshua1000: Please can you confirm if the affected apps are visible in the More Apps section of the Apps menu? If not, go to Samsung Apps and search for the relevant apps here, as it may be the case that they are not currently downloaded to the player.
