Alexa not working on Q950A

Hi can anybody help I've got a Q950A soundbar which worked great until I rung Samsung support when they ask me to do a reset on my soundbar now Alexa as gone I'm at a loss as to how I get it back on it if anybody can help.

You will need to reconnect via the SmartThings App….. total pain, but get used to it: regular occurrence 😞
