Widget doesn't load

Hello everyone!

I just updated my phone to the newest version. I tried to customise my widget on the lock screen, but the sunrise/sunset one doesn't load even when I open the weather app trought the widget itself.  

The weather app does have a selected location, the one with the temperature does work, so I don't understan what's wrong with the sunrise/sunset one. 

Any tips?

As indicated by Gianni, we need to know the model of your device so that we can do some checks on our devices. 

Have you tried removing and re-inserting the Weather widget?

While waiting for your feedback, I suggest that you to perform a cache clearing of the Weather app in the following way:

Settings > Applications > Weather > Storage Space > Clear Cache.

Next, you should restart your device and see if you encounter the same anomaly.
