Hello,
I am having an issue when using my Samsung A33 5G on the infotainment system on my car (a Peugeot 5008).
Every time I try to connect to a Microsoft Teams meeting or start a call, once the connection is established, it is automatically interrupted after 1second. On the contrary, I can answer to Teams call and participate to a meeting if I am requested to join.
It doesn´t matter if I am using Android Auto connected by USB-C or if I am only connected by bluetooth.
Is there any known issue with some car infotainment system or is there an issue on the phone itself?
Thanks
Regards

Welcome to the official Samsung Italy Community, AlvaroLeon. 🤝
The situation occur exclusively using Teams? For example, if you make a normal call, does the inconvenience occur?
Have you made sure that the infotainment is updated to the latest version available?
If the glitch occurs exclusively when you use the Teams app, it is likely that proper operation is being affected by the app.
While waiting for your kind feedback, proceed with deleting and reinstalling the Teams app.
Let me know, I remain available. 🙂
Have a great day

Hello Holymind84, welcome to the Samsung Italy Community!
Are you also experiencing difficulties only with calls made through Microsoft Teams?
I ask this because, as indicated by my colleague Jessica, it is possible that the inconvenience is related to the way the app works.
If you have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, it is recommended to contact the app manufacturer to verify that their app is optimized for use while connected to the car.
Let me know.

Yes, only with Microsoft Teams. It seems that when I'm connected via Bluetooth, an additional signal is sent to the smartphone that drops the call after 1 second. It only happens when I join a Teams meeting. In Teams 1-on-1 calls everything works fine.

Hi Holymind84,
thank you for the details.
Are your Microsoft Teams app, your device software, and your car stereo software currently updated to the latest version available?
Have you noticed this kind of behavior from the first use of the Teams app connected to the car?
Have you contacted the app developer, as suggested by colleague Claudia?
I remain at your disposal.
Have a nice day!
