Galaxy S21 5G Display dark, unresponsive, but functional

Hi,

  i am having a very strange issue with my Galaxy S21 5G. A few days ago, while i was out walking, the display suddenly wouldn't light up when i took the phone out of my pocket. Power button did nothing, everything looked like the battery had gone dead, even though it should have had plenty of charge. I have since not been able to revive the phone. Here are the symptoms:

  - Display remains dark

  - Fingerprint reader is unresponsive

  - Power and Volume buttons do nothing

  - Connecting the phone to power (wired or wireless) does nothing

  - HOWEVER, i *can* force a reboot by pressing Power and Volume Down for 15 seconds, and when i do, the display briefly lights up to display the samsung and Android logos. Then it goes dark again

  - ALSO, paired bluetooth devices do connect after the reboot

So the display *technically* works, but doesn't display anything. Has anyone seen something like this before?

Hallo, versuche mal Wipe Cache Partition - Handy an den PC oder Playstation, Fernseher mit Ladekabel verbinden. Ein/Aus/Lauter Taste gleichzeitig drücken und dann im Menü bis "Wipe Cache Partition" navigieren und bestätigen mit Power Taste. Untermenü "Yes" und bestätigen, dann zu Repair Apps navigieren, Power Taste bestätigen und Telefon neu starten lassen.

Hi, vielen Dank für die Antwort, aber das hat leider nicht funktioniert. Das Verbinden mit dem PC löst keine Reaktion aus, und bei Ein/Aus/Lauter passiert auch nichts. Inzwischen ist auch die Batterie leer, und da das Display kein Feedback gibt, is es praktisch unmöglich den Winkel zu finden, bei dem die Verbindung klappt 😕
